Directions:	The Book Shack is located on the East side of State Street right between Riverton Motors and The Outpost Cafe, with plenty of parking behind the store.

Cris’ store is different from other used bookstores in a few ways. First, she only stocks paperbacks to save on shelf space. Plus, customers can bring in books to exchange for credits. They receive 25% of the retail value of each book and those credits can go towards half of their purchase. All books in the store sell for half of the published price, so with credits your books can be 75% off retail.

The Book Shack opened in March and since then has been gaining popularity in the community. In fact, Cris has found many customers appreciate not only the great deals she offers, but the chance to get lost in a good book during these hard times.

The Book Shack has a wide variety of popular authors and genres of books. They are in the process of expanding into a new room with a selection of non-fiction paperbacks.
